We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer who has the experience and desire to take ownership of the planning and implementation of various software and test automation and DevOps tasks. These tasks include continuous integration on multiple software projects, development or acquisition of tools and systems to increase engineering team efficiency, and adoption of industry best practices. The successful candidate will collaborate with team members across engineering disciplines and drive productivity enhancements for the team. This position can be fully remote with less than 15% travel to New Hampshire. 

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Own the CI/CD infrastructure to increase testing performance
  • Create and design programs that run automated tests on new or existing software
  • Review and enhance framework to build programs and write test scripts perform testing
  • Execute and document internal test procedures and scripts
  • Collaborate with team to understand the functionality being developed and the implementation's technical design to design and develop accurate, high-quality automated tests
  • Analyzing documented user requirements and creating or assisting in designing test plans
  • Work with the team to understand and resolve software problems with automated tests, and responding to suggestions for modifications or enhancements

The Experience You Will Bring


  • Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent technical degree
  • Demonstrated fluency in a scripting language
  • Experience with: functional testing, unit testing, regression testing, stress testing, etc
  • Experience with Python or C/C++
  • Experience with project automation / continuous integration tools
  • Experience with version control systems

What Will Put You Ahead

  • 10+ years’ experience
  • Agile design methodology
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Git experience
  • Experience with GitLab automation software
