Description

Primary Purpose

1. Chengdu design center product validation;
2. Chengdu Manufacturing support;
3. Product validation support for other design centers or factories;
   

What You Will Do In Your Role

1. Conducts product Electrical performance tests, like Insulation Resistance, Temperature Rise, Contact Resistance, etc.  
   
2. Cooperate with a third-party lab to complete EMC，SI test. 
   
3. Review test projects with customers, confirm the test requirements. Manage project progress. Prepare relevant test resource. Such as equipment, fixture, material, etc.  
   
4. Based on the test requirements, confirm the test method and setup.  
   
5. Develop new test methods and improve existing methods. 
   
6. Create work instruction or standard operating procedures (WI/SOP). 
   
7. Responsible for training and guiding the testing work of technicians. 
   
8. Check raw record and review test reports, ensure the accuracy of test results. 
   
9. Carry out special assignments/projects as and when assigned by his/her supervisor.  
   

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

1. University Degree in Electrical, Communication, or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent, and above. 
   
2. At least 3 years of experience working in testing area. 
   
3. Good knowledge of test standard like IEC60512, EIA364, etc. 
   
4. Experience in using electrical instruments like Power supply, DMM, Data logger, Insulation resistance tester etc. 
   
5. Experience in EMC/EMI/SI test. 
   
6. Capable for electrical performance test or product function test. 
   
7. Adopt a professional attitude towards work and assume full responsibility for any project or tasks assigned. 
   
8. Demonstrate good teamwork for overall success. 
   
9. Able to communicate (reading, writing, speaking, and listening) in English, comfortable to work as a member in global team. 
   
10. Capable for new employee/ technician training and create SOP/WI. 
    
11. Capable to read 2D drawing. 
    
12. Good skills on Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT). 
    

What Will Put You Ahead

1. Automotive spec/ product testing experience. 
   
2. Basial instrument control software use experience.
   
3. Experience in PCB design. 
   
4. Basic instrument control software programming ability, such as LabView, LabWindows CVI, C++ etc. 
   
5. PCB design capability. 
   
6. Good Presentation skills.
