Bilingual Spanish Recruiting Coordinator - Deer Park, TX



Koch Engineered Solutions is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in Deer Park, TX! This position will provide administrative support for the team who is responsible for attracting and selecting top Field Service talent for Koch Optimized Process Designs (OPD) https://www.opdepc.com/and Koch Specialty Plant Services (KSPS) https://www.kochservices.com/

The ability to manage coordination activities in a fast-paced recruiting environment, demonstrating a high sense of urgency, attention to detail, handling competing priorities, developing effective relationships, developing expertise with our applicant tracking system (ATS), and adapting to change are key components to success in this role. This role will be located at our Deer Park, TX location.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Provide a positive interaction throughout selection process for candidates, hiring supervisors, HR business partners and Recruiters
  • Assist the Field Service recruiting team by scheduling on-site and/or remote interviews, preparing and sending offer letters & processing new hire transactions
  • Provide assistance for our candidates with moving through the application process in our ATS
  • Manage pre-employment testing (i.e., background checks, drug screening, medical screening, etc.)
  • Support a high-volume workload and multiple high level, time sensitive projects
  • Support planning and coordination of new hire on-boarding
  • Manage the Human Resources Information System in accordance with the Human Resources Standards (i.e., Requisitions, applicant activity, etc.)

The Experience You Will Bring


  • Fluent in Spanish
  • ~10% travel to Houston and occasional out of state career fairs
  • Experience in an Administrative support role

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Familiarity with heavy industrial roles associated in the oil and gas industry i.e. (turnaround, maintenance, and heavy industrial construction services)
  • Experience with third-party administrator services (example DISA)
  • Experience supporting full-cycle corporate recruiting or staffing industry experience
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system
  • Experience in a Recruiting Coordinator role, Human Resources, Administrative Support function, or Project Coordination role
