We are looking for an Assembly Supervisor to join our team in Ripley, TN!!

The purpose of the Supervisor is to provide leadership and instruction to the area employees and ensure that compliance and quality standards are met while creating value for their department.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Ensure area employees understand and follow documented safe work practices
  • Notify employees of current quality alerts, KPI’s, and scrap concerns
  • Maintain 5S and visual management systems within the department
  • Establish and maintain a positive employee relations climate
  • Support communication of the environmental policies and the importance of the EMS to employees in their area of responsibility
  • Authorize corrective and preventive actions in response to system non-conformances applicable to their area of responsibility
  • Assess training needs and support employee training
  • Ensure quality parts are being sent to our internal and external customers
  • Promote and exemplify our Market Based Management Guiding Principles as a leader

The Experience You Will Bring


  • 2 years or more of experience managing teams in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Office software 

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in related field
  • Automotive experience
  • Knowledge of plastic injection molded material, electroplating, or assembly process
