Molex, LLC with a facility located in Conway, AR is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Arkansas Design Center. Join an industry leading team in the fast paced product development environment supporting information technology infrastructure and the hyperscale datacenter market. The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the facility and to provide customer service to external customers & business partners.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Leadership Support
    • Coordinate Customer & business partner Meetings
    • Scheduling rooms, participants, etc.
    • Prepare documentation & presentations
    • Manage logistics & arrange itineraries
    • Meeting set up, assist with Outlook scheduling and provide Travel support and expense reporting
    • Manage Food Services
    • General Administrative Support
    • Maintain Communications & Documentation Center
  • Assist with Coordination of Site Events
  • Manage Office Supplies
  • Manage Mail & Check Distribution
  • Maintain Break Areas
  • Support site HR Manager and manage Internal moves
  • Develop Office Standards Documentation & Maintain
  • Assist Purchasing with Requisitions & Purchase Orders
  • Data Entry & Reporting

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • 4+ years’ experience in general office administration with significant exposure to people interactions and working with all levels within the organization. 
  • Experience supporting leadership/ management roles

    What Will Put You Ahead

    • Associates Degree or higher in business or similar field
    • 5+ years of experience using MS Outlook Email and Calendar.
    • Experience using booking tools or SAP
