Guardian Industries is hiring a Warehouse & Logistic Process Engineer based in Tudela - Navarra (Spain).

What You Will Do In Your Role

The employee should be prepared to work in a challenging and high level of speed of transformation culture (MBM).

Demonstrating a high sense of urgency, prioritizing based on value creation in alignment with our Operations Vision this position will be the key for Warehouse developments and key component to achieve success at long term value.

As a valued person of the Warehouse Team this position will have the opportunity to work directly with supply chain, fabrication, maintenance team, planning and commercial team.

  • Develop safe, compliant, and reliable operations through standard work procedures and statistical process control
  • Lead Road Map Projects in the WH & logistic
      • Supporting the department in the development and execution of initiatives, data driven; fostering a transformation and innovation culture within the Plant.
      • Executing department transformation projects, leading or being part of cross functional teams for the implementation, timely, in a cost-effective way to achieve higher performance and process reliability.
      • Making decision based on data Analytics
      • Using best technologies to transform WH & Logistic operations
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert supporting daily operations in the WH and global/regional projects.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization and implement solutions 

The Experience You Will Bring


  • Bachelor’s Engineering Degree. (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial/Operations Engineering, Materials etc)
  • Project Management
  • Experience with statistical data analysis and interpretation 
  • Capable of leading or supporting, with the ability to work as an individual or as part of a cross functional team
  • English advanced
