Manager, HR Solutions – Workforce Data Management (ELC)

Koch Business Solutions has an exciting leadership opportunity to be part of HR Solutions Center in Bangalore, India! We are looking for passionate, forward-thinking individuals who are contribution motivated, driven to innovate and love facing new challenges.

RESPONSIBILITY:

This role will be responsible for leading workforce data management (WDMT) team of HR Operations Specialists and SME team needed to support HR transactions trouble shoot any issues that arise, build out self-service knowledge articles, and prepare to take on additional HR transactions as the global HR operating model evolves. As additional HR work moves from the businesses to the HR Solutions Centers, this leadership role will continue to evolve and grow in responsibility and scope.

Responsibilities:

· Understand, develop, apply, and coach employees on our culture of Market Based Management®

· Lead and develop a team focused on providing an exceptional consumer and customer experience for all employees and HR in your region

· Ensure team is connected to the overall Vision of how this team creates value for the enterprise, both now and in the future, as the team grows and develops additional HR capabilities

· Ensure HR Operations Specialists quickly learn brand new technology and be able to provide HR inquiry and transactional support to all employees, managers, and the HR community (our consumers) in your region

· Ensure team provides exceptional consumer experience while resolving questions and troubleshooting issues

· Collaborate with other KBS HR Solution Center leaders/supervisors to share best practices, innovation opportunities and overall process and tool improvements

· Ensure team adheres to Knowledge Centered Support (KCS) practices to create and update knowledge articles

· Implementation and on-going management of appropriate key metrics to measure overall performance of specialists and HR Solutions Center

· Escalation point of contact for customers in relation to service provided by WDMT team

· Ensure SLA (service level agreement) targets are achieved for employee life cycle transactions, BOD error handling, CU testing etc… within WDMT scope

· Accountable for successful transition of processes related to HR Information System

· Conduct business review meetings with the team to indicate current state and how we can improve in the future

Expectations:

· Identify opportunities to experiment and innovate to create additional value for our consumers

· Ensure team understands and applies appropriate measures to secure employee’s information ensuring it is safe and remains confidential

· Ensure team processes HR transactions accurately and in compliance with local laws

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

· The ability to fluently speak, read and write in English

· Bachelor’s degree or higher

· A minimum of 10 years of experience leading a team that manages HR transactions and/or inquiries in a professional environment

· Ability to learn new technology / system and processes

· Ability to function effectively in a changing environment with minimal supervision

· Experience using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

· Experience communicating with all levels of an organization

· Experience coaching and developing a team of professional employees

· Experience collaborating and working on a team with a high level of accountability for self and others

    · Experience working with an HCM platform (Infor, SAP, etc.) and Case Management System (ServiceNow, etc.)
