Job Description:
To complement and strengthen our team, we are looking for a Main jobs Technical Assistant (m/f).
The TA will provide administrative support to the project group mainly on production file preparation, documentation control, invoicing and project closure.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Manage the project documentation control (documentation list, technical documentation preparation, final documentation) and being the interface with the customer/supplier for the documentation issue follow-up.
- Assist Project Engineer in preparation of production files.
- Pro-actively raising invoice and following Bank guarantees
- Create Sales orders, Project Budget and Project closure in our ERP system ‘’INFOR LN’’
What You Will Need:
- Organizational skills in order to deal efficiently with multiple running projects.
- Good interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication capability, flexibility and ability to prioritize/organize own work.
- Adaptability to new challenges or new way of working
- Fluent in English and French; knowledge of other languages is a plus

- Basic knowledge/experience of manufacturing environment desirable.
