Repr, Sales Development



Primary Purpose

Promotes, design-in and sells Molex range of products

What You Will Do In Your Role

  1. Meet Sales budgets in booking and billing
  2. Maintain & increase order share in targeted accounts and review new business opportunities with DSM/RSM regularly
  3. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports (Form A, Form B) and update the upside opportunity and downside risk with detail information
  4. Review hub inventory Vs customer’s forecast weekly
  5. Update forecast in IFAPPS to meet customer’s production upside schedules and well manage inventory level to prevent S&E
  6. Work closely and communicate well with CSR in order expediting to ensure the highest customer service is put to the targeted customers to meet Product Division at lowest cost
  7. Update and maintain high degree of accuracy in CRM on weekly basis 

The Experience You Will Bring


  1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Science preferred, other disciplines would be considered if relevant experience possessed
  2. Electronics or components sales experience for 3 years
  3. Adaptive personality with problem solving mind-set
  4. Windows operation environment, internet literal, MS Office, SAP system
  5. Build good rapport with customers at all level 
  6. Good English ability on reading and writing
