We are seeking a Manager of Analysis who will create value for the GP PRO Business. This individual plays a critical role in providing senior management an assessment of historical and forward-looking financial performance, including analysis of variances and trends, risks and opportunities, and communication of business insights. This role requires strong organization and communication skills, while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Manage GP PRO’s business performance reporting (actuals, forecasts, long-term planning, valuation), including managing communication with key business and capability stakeholders.
  • Provide insightful trend analysis commentary that helps business leadership identify opportunities and risks.
  • Development of business reviews and management presentations; including industry/market analysis.
  • Prepare competitive benchmarking on market share and financial performance.
  • Continual development of business knowledge systems that improve customer experience and insights.
  • Support GP PRO category teams with ad-hoc analysis and modeling to support decision making.

The Experience You Will Bring


  • Bachelor’s degree preferably with an emphasis in Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, Strategy or Analysis role
  • Strong business acumen and economic thinking
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience with SAP

What Will Put You Ahead

  • MBA
  • Experience with data analysis/visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SAS Viya)
  • Experience directly supporting a business team or leader
