PRIMARY PURPOSE:

Deployment and Support of SAP Procurement Business systems – ex. Coupa, SAP Ariba, SAP SCC (Supply Chain Collaboration), SAP ECC (soon to be S/4HANA), etc. Your role will be functional and technical to add value with strategic responsibilities to leverage new technology, improve systems utilization with compliance, reduce procurement spend, and improve process efficiencies in our business systems. Will lead and/or support project phases – teamwork approach to define business requirements, analysis, design, development, configuration, testing, training, to support implementations and continuous improvements efforts.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.

Participate to improve systems utilization and increase value across our procurement applications. Responsibilities often come in the areas of Projects, Enhancements, Issue Resolution efforts.

2.

Participate in SCC implementations and provide on-going support. We utilize Service Now for support tickets.

3.

Provide strategic design and “hands-on” efforts for continuous improvement and support of our Procurement Business related systems in SAP such as Ariba, SPM, SRM, and other procurement systems.

4.

Participate in cross functional teams of Business and IT users in design, support, and execution of procurement systems and/or process design modifications and implementations. Support application upgrades and SAP enhancement support packs for new functionality with SAP implementation methodologies.

5.

Participate on projects with project management methodology and collaboration skills for high quality and effective solutions. Work with the team to create appropriate project plans for scope, gaps, cost, time requirements and drive results within the schedule.

6.

Communicate with colleagues, management and business unit(s) concerning requirements, project status and issues with good interpersonal, analytical, presentation, written and communication skills.

7.

Develop and deliver end-user training materials and training.

8.

Collaborate with others for Procurement related reporting and analytics. Define, analyze, implement new or modified reporting for procurement.

9.

Perform other related duties as assigned by management.


SCOPE:

The job holder can work independently. You will be a part of a global team on global projects requiring an understanding of business procurement processes and issues affecting their region and the global organization. To be effective they must possess a balanced blend of business and technical knowledge and be capable of effective communications in both business and technical environments and utilize business analytic methodologies.

EDUCATION:

REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent related work experience

PREFERRED:

SAP Ariba or Coupa applications, Supply Chain experience, Master Data support experience

WORK EXPERIENCE:

REQUIRED:

· 2+ years SAP Ariba or comparable experience in a large scale multi-national ERP system

· 2+ years business analyst or IT experience interfacing with business functional areas

· Experience with SAP procurement applications

PREFERRED:

· 2+ years of project teamwork on system or process implementation related skills

· Global Supply Chain and Procurement experience

· Master data experience, preferably related to SAP modules

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

REQUIRED:

· Comprehensive knowledge of the procurement business processes such as purchasing, sourcing, contracts, and supplier master data

· Ability to grasp business problems, set goals, objectives, and provide solutions

· Strong organizational, project management and planning skills

· Great interpersonal skills to work effectively with different teams within the organization to achieve common goals and respond positively to situations

· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for clear and concise communications

PREFERRED:

· Knowledge of SAP Solutions

· Proven project management skills that demonstrate the ability to complete assignments in a systematic and timely basis
