Description
Phillips Medisize is looking for a Quality Inspector to join our team in our Polymicro Phoenix, AZ location. The ideal candidate will have some experience in manufacturing and should be able to work in a continuous manufacturing environment.
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Capable of performing inspection and testing of fiber optics and capillary tubing
- Knowledge in use of measuring devices (microscopes, micrometers, calipers, etc.)
- Understand FDA requirements
- Perform calibration of various manufacturing equipment
- Capable of operating re-spooling equipment
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- The ability to read and understand work instructions
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in assembly/manufacturing environment
- Must be able to work safely with chemicals
- Must have manual dexterity to work with small parts
- Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods of time
What Will Put You Ahead
- Previous inspection experience in assembly/manufacturing environment
- Experience in SAP
