What You Will Do In Your Role

1. Stamping tool set up; 冲压模具的组装、架设。
   
2. Correct any mistakes during self-inspection; 通过自检纠正、改善模具缺陷。
   
3. Cooperate with QC to work out checklist for stamping side; 同 QC 工程师一起编制冲压方面的产品检验规范。
   
4. Properly utilize and upgrade the inspection tools; 维护、提升检验工装、夹具。 
   
5. Create cleaning and safe working environment; 确保工作现场整洁、安全。
   
6. IDR/L-CAR coordinator with QC and production team;协助 QC、生产工程师团队处理 IDR/L-CAR。
   
7. Provide on-the-job training to new technicians and operators;对新的技术员、操作员提供上岗培训。 
   
8. Assist Shift Leader to coordinate staff issues on production floor. 协助领班解决、处理班组事物。
   
9. Update spare parts drawing timely; 及时更新备件图纸资料。 
   
10. Conduct continuous die improvements; 负责备件改进。
    
11. Other duties as assigned by manager。 领导安排的其他临时事项。
    

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

1. High school or above；高中学历及以上
   
2. 3+ years' progressive tooling experience.3 年以上冲压模具相关经验；
   
3. The insert mold working experience is preferred;嵌入式注塑相关经验优先；
   
4. Adapt to run-shift;适应倒班
