Senior Engineer, Quality Systems

PRIMARY PURPOSE: Quality management system maintenance and continuous improvement, ECN&PCN execution

What You Will Do In Your Role

1. Cooperate with the planning, establishment, implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of quality management system 
2. Organize the writing and updating of QMS related procedures and other QEMS documents based on the Global requirement. Introduce the Global level QMS requirement and system to plant 
3.  Implement, and continuously improve the annual internal QMS audit plan. Coordinate the implementation and completion of annual management review, track the closure of the CARs 
4.  Lead and coordinate the QMS audit from customers and third party (BSI), implement the corrective actions and follow up the completion of the customer findings 
5.  Lead the DCC clerk to release, reclaim and control the documentations from internal plant and outside group so that make sure the documentations updated 
6.  Lead and coordinate the regular process & product audit based on the audit plan. Follow up the on-time closure of the improvement actions. Optimize the process audit process based on the VDA6.3 approach 
7.  Coordinate the implementation and execution of the ECN in plant 
8.  Coordinate the PCN implementation according to Molex PCN procedure and customer requirement. Support the other functions to apply the PCN, handle the PCN treatment in SAP, Coordinate for the PCN approval by customer 
9.  Take responsible as the critical member to develop the quality culture in plant, implement the QMS training for all employees, and other quality culture activities 
10.  Implement the other duties assigned by managers

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree 
2. Strong communication skills 
3. Good at writing English 
4. ISO9001, ISO14001 auditor certification 
5. Experience on SAP system operation 
6. Integrity, strong logic and hard work 
7. Ability to work independently, and good at teamwork
   
8. More than 5 years working experience on QMS system maintenance field
   

What Will Put You Ahead

1. VDA6.3 training certification 
2. Work experience of other quality engineering field 
3. IATF16949 working experience and auditor certification 
4. VDA process audit and product audit skill and certification
