What You Will Do In Your Role
· Perform high-speed empirical, analytical and signal integrity evaluations of connectors within transmission line environments
· Conduct and coordinate analytical simulations for connector systems. Analyze variation dependence and parametric optimization.
· Design, build and qualify electrical test fixtures for the characterization of electrical connectors
· Provide development input to design teams, create electrical product models and documentation
· Work in laboratory environment to validate design and correlate measurement with simulations using VNA, TDR and Oscilloscope
· Research and develop new structures, devices, and technologies to strengthen Molex’s leadership in the interconnect industry. Perform other related duties as assigned by management

- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Min 5 years working exp in same field
