Software Requirements Designer

In Bucharest, our team of engineers is focusing on R&D automotive projects through software development and testing. As a member of our Software Development team the Software Requirements Designer is responsible for analyzing, specifying and documenting software requirements in our PLM Tool. In this position you will be working together with the System and Test engineers and consolidate external stakeholder requirements and internal product requirements in a Software context.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Own and improve the project SW Requirement process.
  • Drive and enforce the process.
  • Offer support for improvement of standard SW requirement process.
  • Create and update SW detailed design documentation according to stakeholder and internal requirements.
  • Work together with different internal teams.

The Experience You Will Bring


  • Practical experience with software design concepts.
  • Engineering degree in Software engineering, Electrical engineering and/or Embedded engineering.
  • Proven experience in Embedded Software Development area of automotive or similar industry.
  • Fluency in English.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Abstract-logical way of thinking.
  • Team player.
  • Experience with SPICE compliant documentation is a plus.
  • C knowledge is a plus.
