HR Operations Specialist (Data Management Specialist)

Koch Industries rolled out an enterprise-wide Human Capital Management (HCM) platform, globally, in 2019. This role will be responsible for processing HR related transactions in HR information system, troubleshooting issues that arise, build/update self-service knowledge articles, and be the custodian of workforce data.

What You Will Do In Your Role

What you will do in this role:

· Quickly learn the technology (i.e., Infor) and provide data management support to our consumers globally

· Be the custodian of data and support audit to ensure data completeness, accuracy and compliance

· Offer exceptional consumer experience

· Collaborate with other business units & third-party vendors to solve complex cases

· Create and update knowledge articles in accordance with KCS best practices

· Process transactions in HR information systems accurately and in a timely manner

· Develop a good working relationship with the HR/HRIS community through effective communication

· Champion the application testing process in ensuring defeats are identified and fixed

    · Identify opportunities to create additional value for our consumers

    · Secure employee’s information ensuring confidentiality

    · Process HR transactions accurately and in compliance with local laws

    · Deliver against quantitative and qualitative performance metrics

    · Proven ability to work professionally and proactively with a remote stakeholder base

    · Comfortable supporting different time zones/shifts and skeletal staffing

      What Will Put You Ahead

      Experience you will bring

      · Expertise with HCM platform (Infor, SAP, etc.) and Case Management System (ServiceNow, etc.) is a must

      · A minimum of three years experience in handling HR transactions - researching, troubleshooting and resolving consumer inquiries

      · Should have a good understanding of basic data fields in HR Information System and workflows

      · Experience communicating with all levels in an organization

      · Experience collaborating and working in a team with a high level of accountability for self and others
