Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.

Provide Customer Support Portal (CSP) related support as required and directed by the supervisor.

2.

Establish competency in understanding various databases as used by sales globally. Examples are Estimate one (ANZ), SFDC -global, CSP- global etc.

3.

Understand and be able to search these for information tailored to enhance business capabilities in targeting relevant customers /contacts

4.

Produce such information in user friendly reporting to enable sales resources to leverage this information in the marketplace and improve sales success

EDUCATION:

REQUIRED:

PREFERRED:

Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field from an accredited university or equivalent industry experience, highly desired

WORK EXPERIENCE:

REQUIRED:

Graduate with 4+ years experience

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

REQUIRED:

· Good communication skills – ability to listen and not be afraid to ask questions to crystalize understanding of their duties and outcomes

· Ability to learn and enjoy being trained

· Ability to manage multiple tasks

· High Computer literacy with emphasis on ability to grasp analytical concepts quickly and accurately

· Experience in accessing various databases and employing viable search strategies to produce desired outcome

· Flexibility in their approach to their duties
