Marketing Manager- Pharma

Our team at Phillips-Medisize is growing and we are adding a Marketing Manager - Pharma position to the team!

This position will be responsible for the development of market-based insights and Point of View documents to educate the commercial team regarding key trends and technologies that will impact our business and guide decision making for new opportunities. You will work with cross functional partners in the Molex Business Units as well as Phillips-Medisize partners in engineering and manufacturing plant to develop market segment/subsegment marketing plans that leverage our core capabilities to create an advantaged position to accelerate profitable growth, including short term, medium term and long-term strategies.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Grow product line revenue and profit dollars for Pharma business
  • Drive new capabilities required to support market and customer needs with associated business cases for internal approval
  • Support the commercial, engineering and manufacturing teams in assessing
  • new opportunities and provide input into the New Opportunity Assessment and quoting process
  • Develop and own the business case for new product capabilities
  • Develop messaging and tools to communicate our capabilities to sales and customers
  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop a manufacturing and sourcing strategy for Interconnect components and product extensions/capabilities
  • Communicate voice of customer within the business
  • Act as a market resource to sales and customers for the business


The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in pharma product planning, product marketing, or in a strategy analyst position


What Will Put You Ahead

  • MBA preferred
  • Experience in global product launches and commercialization
