We are looking for a Transformation/CI Lead with core experience of driving Projects in Technology. This role is open for Bangalore Location which requires Transformational mindset, Subject matter expertise, Out of the box thinking & ability to Govern & Execute Projects. Someone who is currently part of CI/Transformation in Technology would be preferable

What You Will Do In Your Role

Responsibilities / Job description:


As a Continuous Improvement (CI) Lead, the person will be aligned to a Process domain; and work in an individual contributory role


Deliver impactful results tied to Koch Vision through application of Lean methodologies, with sustainable behavioral change to ensure long term competitive advantage


Drive and execute business strategies and improvement projects by working with key stakeholders from various internal partners


Coach team members on the consistent Lean behaviors


Supporting new transitions to ensure performance management framework is created and executed.


Deploy Problem Solving solutions within teams throughout the organization with the aim to drive business performance

The Experience You Will Bring



·8-10 Years of relevant work experience in below mentioned areas

·Ability to build and lead Transformation Roadmap involving different type of projects – process related, Tech / automation, Target operating model etc.

·Sound knowledge of Lean and six sigma and application.

·Ability to work with cross functional teams

·Strong client facing and presentation skill

    Skills & Abilities:


    ·Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

    ·Ability to design and work on multiple projects with rapid development and deployment deadlines

    ·Working directly with executive level leaders

    ·Excellent written and oral communication

    ·Business knowledge / acumen and quickly able to learn new things

    ·High level of motivation, self-starter, attention to detail, team-player with the ability to deliver assignments within defined timeline
