Territory Sales Manager
Job Overview: Guardian is seeking Territory Sales Manager based at Bangkok in Thailand. This position will be responsible for develops high-potential sales opportunities as well as commercial business for Thailand reporting to Territory Sales Manager (TSM)-APAC.
In this role you will work closely with Territory Sales Manager- APAC (TSM) and proactively develop and manage a network of glass processor distributor and glazing to drive sales growth through the sales process of Guardian products and selection by the contractor. Through research, solicitation and networking within commercial glass products are specified in the planning process of projects and that those products.
Drive glass business through ever changing scenarios are necessities for this position. Taking initiative, strong analytical skills, and the ability to anticipate and mitigate challenges are also essential for success in this position. The candidate must work well with a team of people who are committed to continuing the company's ambitious rate of growth.

·Execute a strategic plan that utilizes internal and external resources to maximize sales though new relationships, presentations and meetings within the entire design and construction process.
·Possesses working knowledge of key products and has good understanding of the key product applications. Explains the features and benefits in a way that is meaningful to the specific customer types. Communicates the competitive advantages of all promoted products accurately.
·Understands the current pricing model (cost-plus or value-based) and the elements / approach considered when formulating that model. Formulates specific payment plans relevant to target markets based on understanding of the pricing strategies
·Anticipates and provides solutions to customer needs. Builds and sustains long-term relationships with customers to facilitate the selling process. Rebuilds former customer relationships and understands the relationship history
·Possesses knowledge to use computers and analytical tools. Uses applicable computer applications and multiple business tools to analyze and manage the business effectively. Articulates the effects of sales technology and tools in the broader business environment. Demonstrates the ability to find and extract data from systems and tools. Stays current with new technologies that help to create a competitive selling advantage.
·Aligns organization's strategic objectives to the customer / dealer needs by identifying new opportunities and applications that add value to the customer / dealer and enhance the relationship for both parties. Stays abreast of new developments and innovations in customers' markets and emerging competitive trends to make adjustments in the organization's strategy. Evaluates customer opportunities using a long-term perspective. Welcomes opportunities to tailor or customize product / service offerings to assure that they meet customers’ long-term needs.
·Prospects, qualifies, and develops high-potential sales opportunities. Possesses knowledge of how to position products advantageously relative to the competition. Understands rationale for different business channels (e.g. direct selling, business to business). Aligns personal and company sales objectives with market needs in a manner beneficial to all parties.
·Sales experience >3 years.
·Building material industries related are preferable
