The Plating Department plates terminals that are used for electronic connectors used in a wide variety of applications from automotive to industrial to consumer products.

What You Will Do In Your Role
Make sure plating specifications are met per engineering standards.
Monitor and visually inspect all parts produced.
Able to operate all measurement equipment.
Maintain SPC charts and make necessary line adjustments dictated by charts.
Ability to set up parts and run multiple lines, run all auxiliary equipment, and perform routine maintenance.
Assist fellow operators.
Follow all safety rules when handling chemicals and maintain house keeping standards using 6S techniques.
Communication with co-workers, support departments, teams, management. Be a leader within the area.
The Experience You Will Bring
Ability to use common tools to make adjustments to Plating lines
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
