IT Technical Analyst

Koch Ag & Energy Solutions, LLC is looking for a highly motivated and self-driven IT Technical Analyst to join our dynamic infrastructure team at our Beatrice, Nebraska facility. This role requires strong organizational skills and a breadth and depth of technical knowledge. As an IT Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for the management of the day-to-day support activities and delivery of IT Infrastructure projects and initiatives. This is a hands-on technical role that includes direct ownership of site IT Infrastructure, including network, wireless, server, and other devices. A candidate who enjoys learning and implementing new emerging technologies will thrive in this role.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Implement and support critical IT infrastructure services.
  • Develop, maintain, and grow strong relationships with local plant stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Optimize IT infrastructure to support key business initiatives.
  • Continually evaluate and improve support processes to maximize efficiency and ensure a positive consumer experience.
  • Utilization of critical thinking skills and developing business cases in order to evaluate and implement solutions in the infrastructure space.
  • Coordinate project activities and manage small site projects.
  • Effectively handle and resolve problem escalations in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with and assist the overall infrastructure team’s IT capability. 

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure, LAN, or wireless network environments
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs
  • Participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation (Approx. 1 week every ~2mos.)

What Will Put You Ahead

  • At least 3 years of IT infrastructure support experience
  • Process Control systems knowledge
  • Experience in a plant setting
