HR Intern, BHR Supporter

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • HR reporting/documentation Preparation: 
  1. Support BHR for HR data consolidation, analysis and report generation to meet business requirements. 
  2. Position ID creation, position information update in myHR base on department organization changes for hiring, promotion or internal transfer etc. 
  3. All kinds of HR documents preparation for specific employee cases like as contract-end, unilateral termination, disciplinary or labor arbitration etc. 
  • Kunshan entity HR on-site support: 
  1. Kunshan employee on-boarding/exit process on-site support for HR documents preparation, signing with the employees and document filing. 
  2. Training support on training documents preparation, logistics support and training attendance tracking etc. 
  3. Kunshan employee P-file filing and management.
  •  Others: 
  1. Support BHR to execute HR relevant project for talent management, employee engagement by working with key stakeholders from department, HRS team etc. 
  2. Logistics support to MBM or other Learning workshop for management team or employees. myHR assistance to guide supervisor or employee on their inquires for myHR system operations. 
  3. Support other HR ad-hoc work and projects assigned by supervisor. 


The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above 
  • Strong communication skills and innovative mindset. 
  • Good English skills in oral and written. 
  • Be familiar with MS office software. 
  • Self-Actualization, be willing to lean new skill and knowledge.


What Will Put You Ahead

  •  Major in Human Resource Management, or Business Administration etc.
