Koch Separation Solutions is hiring for a Product Manager - Industrial Processes role.  In this position, you would be responsible for product management activities related to Water and Wastewater and Industrial Processes markets.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Define R&D priorities based on market feedback. Initiate and drive R&D projects to improve product performance, lower cost, or develop new products
  • Responsible for commercial launch of new products. This includes coordinating field testing of new products, providing field testing feedback to the development team, launch presentation for key customers etc
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive internal improvement projects
  • Customer Visits with Sales: Travel approximately 25% of the time meeting new customers and giving product presentations. Attend conferences, write and present papers and chair/lead key strategic committee meetings
  • Provide Competitive Intelligence to understand strengths and weaknesses of KSS products
  • Marketing/Sales Support for all products related to Industrial Processes markets
  • Prepare and maintain Product Differentiator and Value Proposition presentations
  • Review global market size and growth, market drivers, regional dynamics, and market trends
  • Visit existing installations to gather voice of customer on KSS product performance
  • Contribute to margin enhancement by supporting value engineering, pricing, procurement, quality, and manufacturing initiatives
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills both orally and written with customers and internal colleagues

The Experience You Will Bring


  • Knowledge of separation technologies used in water and wastewater treatment or industrial production processes
  • 5+ years of experience with membrane products
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering
  • Experience in the presentation of technical information in a clear and concise manner to leadership, colleagues, and external customers
  • Proven adept at quickly understanding business and market needs, gathering knowledge and expectations, to offer creative solutions

What Will Put You Ahead

  • 10+ years of experience with membrane products
  • More than Five (5) years of experience in a product management or application engineering role with a company preferably focused on separation technology
