Foodservice Product Manager/Sr. Product Manager - Autosealear


GP PRO is currently looking for a Sr/Product/Category Manager for our Foodservice Division working specifically on our new Automated Sealing Machine (Demo video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4c9AYeRY5Ag). 

This new to world technology allows restaurants to grow their off-premise beverage program with a leak proof, spill resistant, hygienic seal. The auto sealer was awarded the 2020 Kitchen Innovation Award and will be featured at the upcoming National Restaurant Show. Equipped with the resources of a large consumer products manufacturer and the agile approach of a startup, the category manager will work with cross functional teams to drive awareness and demand in the QSR, high traffic, education and hospital verticals. This position will be located in Atlanta.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Drive year-over-year improvements in financial results, maximizing volume and profitability.
  • Drive execution of projects as prioritized by category leadership, working with various capabilities including Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, Pricing and Sales Operations.
  • Manage demand and supply to support service levels while considering working capital.
  • Provide support to the sales teams (National Accounts and Field Sales teams) including general questions, pricing requests, production and quality issues, customer interaction, manufacturing feasibility, etc.
  • Support the innovation platform for the next 3-5 years and consider innovation in the near term to improve sales growth and customer retention.
  • Make pricing decisions consistent with pricing strategy.
  • Understand competitive landscape to identify threats and opportunities; leverage insights to drive strategy and tactics.
  • Partner with our capability Teams to prepare new items for a successful launch.

The Experience You Will Bring


  • 5 years experience in finance, marketing, manufacturing, sales, supply chain, product management or related field
  • Willing to travel 20%
