HR Solutions Specialist

What You Will Do In Your Role

Provide effective and efficient services to business HR and employees for Koch companies in China, details including;

  • Create/ update employee and employment data in HR systems (SAP//Kronos/GHR) and the local report and make sure recorded information are correct. 
  • Administrate employee’s time attendance and act as key contact window to deal with all OT and leave inquiry from employees and business HR 
  • Cooperate with HR vendors to complete regular registration and de-registration onto Government system 
  • Provide service to employee' s life cycle, e.g. on-board/ separation, residence application, flexible/comprehensive working hours, contract renewal, work injury etc. 
  • Prepare regular system report according to team or business requirement 
  • Well manage HR system related vendors for their service quality 
  • Assist manager and other HR solution teams to implement KGS related projects. 
  • Internal and external audit support 
  • Other work assigned by the manager.


The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • College or above 
  • At least 1 to 2 years' experience in HR Operation. 
  • Have knowledge in China employment and labor compliance 
  • Be able to take multi-task under high pressure, and can deliver high quality work. 
  • Be customer focus, positive, initiative and result-oriented 
  • Good interpersonal and cross function collaboration skills 
  • Prefer with HR systems operation Experience (SAP, Kronos etc..).
