Koch Industries is seeking for Senior Talent Solutions Partner with Arabic and French or French and Italian that could be based in Poland /Spain.

The Senior Talent Solutions Partner role plays a vital role in enabling the organization’s strategic vision through developing and cultivating internal and external talent channels. This role collaborates with HR and business leaders to help design and execute solutions that answer talent problems.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Build and manage consultative relationships with candidates, HR Business Partners and hiring leaders across a variety of countries/locations
  • Design & activate strategic talent channels to build high-impact pipelines of talent
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies, screen/submit candidates and conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to ensure effective fulfilment of positions in timely manner
  • Consistently create an incredible candidate experience to drive positive employment brand awareness
  • Determine best approaches to discover top talent through direct search, professional networking, referrals, social media, job boards and recruitment partnerships to deliver top-notch candidates in an efficient and effective manner
  • Track and report metrics to evaluate overall effectiveness of company’s recruiting process, tools and systems; Support optimization initiatives of recruiting process/tools/systems
  • Evaluate external labour market conditions and internal employee turnover trends to recommend changes to the existing recruitment activities to meet changing market conditions
  • Manage ongoing relationships with recruiting-related vendors to ensure satisfactory and compliant standards of service

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • Experience recruiting in corporate, agency and/or plant setting
  • Track record of success attracting professional-level talent in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English and French and Arabic or French and Italian
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Excel and Power Point)
  • Advanced user of recruiting technologies, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings and other related systems and tactics
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Masters a plus
  • Knowledge and/or aptitude to learn EU compliance/employment laws and practices
