Sr. Analyst S&OP

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Principle analyst for the CPG Sales & Operations Planning capability team
  • Build, develop and maintain S&OP data sets for various executive key stakeholder’s monthly and quarter review meetings
  • Identify and resolve any monthly S&OP data variances/changes and communicate those to cross-functional teams
  • Compile and organize multiple complex sets of quantitative data with qualitative information that provides insights
  • Support the S&OP process owner with implementation of S&OP process improvements/enhancements
  • Provide weekly and monthly CPG trend tracking and month-end postmortem analysis
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external (e.g., Consumer Products Leadership, Finance, Business Operations, Demand & Supply Planning & Product Management, etc.) supply chain planning partners

The Experience You Will Bring


  • Bachelor’s Degree or two to five plus years in relevant Supply Chain experience 
  • Previous experience in working with advanced manufacturing planning organizations and detailed analytical tools and systems
  • Experience in leading and facilitating review meetings with Senior Leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Advanced Microsoft Office experience (creating and modifying spreadsheets and using complex functions, filters, and graphs to analyze and manipulate data)
  • Ability to demonstrate a competent problem-solving approach

What Will Put You Ahead

  • MBA or bachelor’s degree concentration in (Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Data Analytics or Supply Chain)
  • Previous work experience in a high-volume consumer goods environment in advanced analytics, forecasting, demand planning, or production planning.
  • Internal and external consulting experience
  • Previous experience using SAP S4 and IBP, and other supply chain technology tools
  • Experience in a manufacturing/operations production facility environment
