Transformation SME/Lead


Job Description  :

·Should have at least 7-10 years of F&A experience, out of which 3-4 years of experience in driving improvement projects in R2R Process and Driving best practices.

·Should have strong Accounting Skills with good R2R experience especially with IC & GL activities.

·Should be a Six Sigma Green Belt (GB) Certified and should have experience in Identifying and driving the process improvement opportunities by driving efficiency and working with business stakeholders. (One Mandatory GB Project should have been completed)- Not a Mandatory

·Good understanding of Lean, DMAIC & ESOAR approaches.

·Should have good experience in working with RPA/Automation team and Implementation of Tools and Technology.

·Should be Excellent in PowerPoint & Excel Skills – Excellent presentation skills. Ability to be able to make presentations to internal/External stakeholders and senior level managers

·Drive business and interface with the Stake holders. Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with key Stake holders.

·Deep understanding of accounting concepts and principles, working knowledge and experience on ERP systems is a MUST. SAP experience would be desirable.

·Excellent communication skills – oral and written.

·Decision making, problem-solving and analytical skills.

·Immediate Joiners will be preferred

·Bachelors / master’s degree in commerce – Must.

·CA/ICWA qualification is highly desirable.
