Quality Specialist Document Control

Quality Specialist Document Control - Hudson, WI

The Quality Specialist Document Control will support quality systems by updating, revising , and releasing quality system documentation.    

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Manage key quality processes (i.e., document control, change management)
  • Support quality systems by collecting and providing information to internal and external customers and perform tasks such as generating engineering change orders, ensuring quality system paperwork is up-to-date and meets GMP compliance
  • Support quality during audits and visits (i.e., customer, regulatory, registrar, internal)
  • Manage customized ERP activities related to document and change management
  • Assist in effectively communicating Quality metrics across all levels of the organization
  • Assist with gathering, maintaining and reporting facility quality metrics
  • Perform administrative duties in tracking facility training
  • Work within a team environment to complete other quality related duties as assigned
  • Some programs may have vision requirements

Shift: 1st (8:00am - 5:00pm)

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree OR a minimum of one (1) year of administrative or manufacturing experience

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience working in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Knowledge of GMP
