The Strategic Account Analyst role will be accountable for designated data and processes within Phillips-Medisize NPI (New Product Introduction) department. This role will be responsible for managing the change management process, creating data elements, providing weekly status updates and working with site partners to ensure full scope execution. Keys to success in this role include the ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders, ability to be flexible with shifting priorities while maintaining timelines and assure compliance standards are achieved. The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen, previous team leadership experience, attention to detail, and be able to leverage these competencies to provide stewardship and oversight of key institutional data.

This is a remote role that can be home-based with ~20% travel to the St. Croix Meadows site located in Hudson, WI.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Assists in the creation and implementation of a data and ensure adherence to standards including Material Masters, BOMs, Routings, and more
  • Partner with site stakeholders to identify scope of requested changes and initiate action plan
  • Translate as a liaison between the customer and plant constituents
  • Participate in change management activities required to fix quality and process issues
  • Monitor daily progress and report out findings and trends in a weekly report to site stakeholders
  • Host weekly check-ins with customer
  • Assist with naming convention updates as needed


The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of data, program and / or project management experience
  • Experience working with an ERP system


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience with Salesforce or SAP
  • Experience creating / implementing Engineering Control Records (ECR's)
  • Quality or Project management experience in a manufacturing environment
