As the Application Support Program Manager on the KES Information Technology team, you will need to thrive in a fast pace and innovative environment. Our team functions as a startup entity partnering within our enterprise to develop innovative solutions and prove their value through experimentation and scalable deployment in our business. Collaboration, creativity, and focus on attaining positive business results will be necessary skills. Like an employee of a startup, you will need to be resourceful and capable of partnering with market solution providers that can accelerate progress of our business objectives.


What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Collaborate across IT Product Teams and KES business partners to support business transformation projects, drive experiments, and support day to day business initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively to business partners, IT teams and Leadership on status, risks and roadblocks, and aid team members in overcoming obstacles.
  • Partner with the business and external parties to continually find methods to drive down support and incident volume through monitoring, appropriate prioritization, and ensuring best practices are leveraged.
  • Be responsible and accountable for the working relationship with external support vendors, such as Koch Global Services, Infor, Autodesk, and others to fit the needs of the business.
  • Coordinating, communicating, and implementing test plans and process changes through the organization as needed.
  • Staying current on technologies and best practices, ensuring that we are leveraging the best knowledge to achieve success.

    The Experience You Will Bring

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of work experience in technology or business operations
    • Experience leading a global team, with resources and locations in multiple time zones
    • Experience working within a support organization, providing first-level application support to end users
    • Experience working with software vendors or software development to resolve business issues
    • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, potential for some international travel, economic conditions considered


    What Will Put You Ahead

    • Bachelor’s Degree with Technology focus
    • Experience in ServiceNow, incident and request management, application portfolio management
    • Experience working within AGILE© Teams and DevOps methodologies, processes, and tools
    • Experience working with SQL and database programming
    • Experience with AWS Products, IT/OT solutions
    • Experience with analytics tools and concepts such as Data lakes and/or Power BI
    • Experience with Infor Products (LN, GRC, EAM, WFM, Factory Track, Testing as a Service)
