Strategic Marketing Manager, Europe (M/F/D)


Molex is looking for a Strategic Marketing Manager Europe (m/w/d) who will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams in Europe to develop marketing plans and promotional materials to commercialize and communicate Molex’s products and solutions to our Sales forces and regional customer base.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Oversee the implementation of marketing programs to support the EUR regional strategic objectives in achieving the overall business goal
  • Set regional strategy and campaign direction by leading, developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and recommendations
  • Develop effective value propositions
  • Expense planning and prioritization of EUR regional marketing campaigns in cooperation with the EUR Sales Teams
  • Manage and collaborate with suppliers and external service providers
  • Support regional sales events
  • Define metrics to measure effectiveness of program and provide feedback to Marketing and EUR Regional sales management

The Experience You Will Bring


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or related
  • Proven experience in a B2B and Regional European Environment
  • Strong digital marketing background and ability to work with multiple clients and on multiple projects
  • Strong strategy orientation and understanding/appreciation for business processes and operations
  • Strong organization, communication (speaking and written) and presentation skills
  • Detail oriented and able to manage creative resources
  • Willingness to travel within EUR region
  • Initiative to start new projects and negotiate
  • Fluent in both German and English (speaking and written)

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Master’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or related
  • International/Global Experience in Electronics Industry
  • Expert level computer skills with presentation software and word processing systems
  • Knowledge and understanding of different cultures
