We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial-minded person to join our Customer Service team supporting the Consumer Products Group located in Green Bay, WI, or remote for the right candidate. The Customer Solutions, Supply Chain Manager role creates value for the organization by managing direct reports, building collaborative relationships with customers, leading cross-functional supply chain projects, and proactively problem solving to presenting innovative solutions to challenges which improves service and creates long-term customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do In Your Role

·Provide coaching and career development leadership to direct reports
·Promote teamwork to create an environment for employees to become self-actualized
·Work with direct reports to set goals and hold them accountable for delivering results
·Improve productivity and create efficiencies by empowering the teams to experiment and implement creative solutions
·Support the teams in trouble shooting and navigating through multiple systems 
·Provide direction and coordinate resolution for escalated issues
·Multitask successfully in a changing work environment and adapt/encourage others to adapt to continuous changing customers' requirements
·Drive innovation and change in the organization to challenge the current processes and practices to enable creative destruction where it can drive the most value. Find ways to eliminate waste in our processes and supply chain
·Lead and challenge others in the application of MBM® economic thinking
·Lead the collaboration with other functional teams within and outside of the Consumer organization
·Maintaining effective Customer relations through prompt and efficient service including developing service strategies that align with the sales and category plans, and leading discussions with the customer contacts
·Create an environment where the broader supply chain team within the Consumer business understands the customer's priorities and is driving the greatest value for the customer and the business

    The Experience You Will Bring

    Requirements:

    ·Associates Degree or higher with two (2) or more years of customer service or supply chain experience, transportation, logistics, OR in lieu of a degree, four (4) or more years of business, logistics, customer service or supply chain experience
    ·Supervisory experience
    ·Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
    ·Available for occasional travel up to 20% of the time

      What Will Put You Ahead

      ·Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics or related field
      ·2+ years of experience with a Consumer Products company
      ·SAP experience, preferable S4 Hana
      ·Experience in Supply Chain
      ·Understanding of order management processes
