What You Will Do In Your Role


Koch Industries has rolled out an enterprise-wide Human Capital Management (HCM) platform, globally, in 2019.This role will be responsible for supporting the workforce data management operations, troubleshoot any issues that arise, build out self-service knowledge articles, coach team members, streamline processes, and prepare to take on additional HR transactions as the global HR operating model evolves.


·Quickly learn the technologies (Infor, SAP etc) and offer subject matter expertise in solving customer queries

·Responsible for work allocation, queue management and day to day operations

·Performing quality audits, manage customer satisfaction & be the point person in addressing escalations

·Training new and existing team members on the technology/systems and processes

·Preparation and upkeep of knowledge articles and standard operating procedures for existing/new processes

·Support team in processing HR transactions during high volume

·Support the new transitions and lead knowledge transfer activities

·Collaborate with other KBS business units & third-party providers (vendors) to research and solve more complex or technical cases Lead monthly and adhoc testing activities, address defects by collaborating with HRIS/HRIT stakeholders in a timely fashion

    The Experience You Will Bring


    ·The ability to fluently speak, read and write in English

    ·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

    ·A minimum of five years of experience with functional focus on data management, HR Transactions and reporting and analytics

    ·Excellent grip with HCM (Infor, SAP etc) and Ticketing applications

    ·A minimum of three years of experience in managing people/team

    ·Experience using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

    ·Experience communicating with all levels of an organization

    ·Experience researching, troubleshooting and resolving consumer inquiries

    ·Experience collaborating and working on a team with a high level of accountability for self and others

    ·Experience working with an HCM platform (Infor, SAP, etc.) and Case Management System (ServiceNow, etc.)


      ·Use and improve knowledge articles to challenge current process and streamline the current state

      ·Identify opportunities to experiment and innovate to create additional value for our consumers

      ·Secure employee’s information ensuring it is safe and remains confidential

      ·Ensure team has adequate knowledge to process HR transactions, handle enquiries accurately and in compliance with local laws

      ·Understand overall Vision of how this team creates value for the enterprise, both now and in the future, as the team grows and develops additional HR capabilities.
