Phillips-Medisize, LLC is seeking an Operator Lead on 2nd Shift to perform assembly, inspect, pack, label and scan active product for assigned work areas ensuring, quality and production standards are met and support the Supervisor in maintaining production flow.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Assist Supervisor in training of new operators
  • Audit operators work to ensure job is being performed correctly. (Correct setups, shop floor data entry, following procedures etc.
  • Support QC Department in all areas of quality control on the floor
  • Control the re-inspection of disposition assemblies (maintain containment)
  • Answer questions from Planners, QC or Production as quickly as possible
  • Always maintain watch in your area
  • Work through problems and still ensure you are completing your tasks
  • Do whatever is required to meet our customer’s ship dates and quality standards
  • Understand, support and contribute to Molex Total Quality Management Program, Lean Six Sigma, Quality Certification Programs, and Environmental Health and Safety Programs by following policies and procedures

The Experience You Will Bring


  • 1 plus years of Production line experience, SPC Training, must possess good communication skills
  • Computer skills, good communication skills, knowledge of all systems linked to Assembly operation IE Print, Document Control, Quality, Red Book, MAPS etc.

  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
