HR Representative

Our INVISTA Camden site location is seeking a HR Representative to support our sites in Camden, SC and Seaford, DE with complex and specialized administrative tasks. This role focuses on recruiting for hourly positions as well as provides a high level of customer service in completing daily administrative activities while supporting the HR and business teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Demonstrating excellent communication skills, a high sense of urgency, attention to detail, organizational skills, handling multiple competing priorities, developing expertise with our applicant tracking system, and adapting to change are key components to success in this role. 

What You Will Do In Your Role

·Own full-cycle recruiting across assigned facilities within the business by focusing on partnering with hiring supervisors to define recruitment and sourcing strategies, assess external/internal candidates against business needs, and apply interviewing techniques to assess for culture fit and knowledge.

·Build and sustain meaningful relationships with our leadership teams, hiring managers, and key cross-functional stakeholders internally by listening, having empathy, and operating as a valued HR partner. 

·Collaborate amongst HR team and business partners to understand the organizations talent position, identify gaps, and build short and long-term recruiting strategies/initiatives.

·Manage the candidate engagement, while providing a positive experience and maintaining responsive communication, ultimately making INVISTA a preferred employer to our candidates throughout the recruiting process. Create a brand-worthy, inclusive candidate experience that helps us attract talent. 

·Schedule candidate phone screens when requested by Hiring Manager as well as schedule on-site and/or remote interviews and preparing interview materials as needed.

·Manage the Human Resources Information System in accordance with the Human Resources Standards (i.e. Requisitions, Onboarding, etc.)

·Create and send offer letters within the applicant tracking system as well as manage pre-hire testing (i.e. background checks, drug screening, medical screening, physical abilities testing, etc.)

·Support planning and coordination of new hire onboarding program.

·Collect and prepare personnel file documents to be submitted upon hire of each employee (application/resume, offer letter, etc.)

·Lead, plan, and execute recruitment events, talking to potential hires and distributing promotional material.

·Coordinate community outreach efforts as well as recognition programs.

·Identify HR Compliance risks and develop gap closure plans to address risks. 

·Perform administrative and recordkeeping tasks related to staffing changes.

·Creating and maintaining accurate employee records and gathering all related documentation and key details.

·Assisting with audits, compliance reviews, and other mandatory reports.

·Support a high-volume workload with multiple time-sensitive tasks.

·Handle and maintain confidential information while practicing careful communication.
