AM - Business Operations


The role would require maintaining project documentation such as plans, reports, controlling schedules, facilitating meeting with different stake holders both internal / external. Day to Day co-ordination with Project Manager’s making sure the timelines are met on various commitments of the project. This is a facilitative role that requires a combination of focus and flexibility, as well as a willingness to play an active, behind-the-scenes role. The role requires a highly resourceful individual with strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, integrity, and a willingness to put the company's interest above all else.

To be successful in this role, you should be a team player who is good in communication, both written & verbal and possess ability to collect necessary information and articulate well in the documentation. Candidate should also be detail oriented and should be able to analyze & seek the missing information 

What You Will Do In Your Role

·Role involves a very high degree of engagement with multiple stakeholders, business partners, across different business functions and groups while building and maintaining relationships with Leaders and their teams

·Assisting and Supporting the Project Manager

·Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities

·Organizing and attending Stakeholder meetings

·Providing administrative support

·Handling other queries

·Work with stakeholders, business leaders and managers driving critical business initiatives

·Preparing Presentations to update senior management on project’s progress

·Action items tracking at Senior Management Level

·Involve in maintaining Project documentation such as Plans, Weekly/ Monthly reports

·Implement and govern status reporting for the portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones and performance all projects

·Establish and continually improve the consistency, predictability, and efficiency of the organization’s project delivery capability by providing leadership in best practices

·Support continuous improvement of the operational process and the development of Best Practice. Suggesting ideas to improve systems and processes where necessary and evaluate the benefits and risks of such proposals

·Ensuring all activities & duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise-wide risk management framework & internal policies

·Timecard clocking analysis report, centralized customer billing and validate billing accuracy.

·Tracking new hires, terminations, and movement of teammates across different line of businesses to ensure resources are productive and billed from hiring or post movement to a new role within the Organization.

·Weekly reporting on the Hiring and follow-up on actions

·Employee Engagement: Partner with business leaders and HR teams to create and sustain positive employee engagement programs and best practices

·Analyze, diagnose, design, and revise people programs and practices to sustain positive employee relations

    The Experience You Will Bring


    ·Minimum of 5 years’ work experience

    ·Hands on experience in MS Products (Word, Visio, Excel & PPT).

    ·Ability to understand, assimilate and articulate diverse and complex data sources

    ·Strong logical thinking

    ·Strong communication skills

    ·Exemplifies tact, maturity, exercises discretion in dealing with information

    ·Ability to interact and get along with all stakeholders within the organization

    ·Strong interpersonal skills

    ·Excellent organizational skills, proactive and resourceful
