Guadalajara Costumer Service


Responsible to perform a daily follow up of the order pending and in process to be ship; work with CSR and shipping team closely to follow orders FIFO and accomplish CRD, manage customer portal (when need it) to create customer portal ASN and confirm shipments, ensure shipments for Tear 1 includes all information require per customer request.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Responsible to enter customer portal, confirm shipment and/or create ASN as need it and maintain Molex information accurate
  • Responsible to ensure shipment for Tear 1 has attached all information requested and ship method as per customer requested/needed; leading traffic & materials team until shipment is done.
  • Daily orders follow up; ensure all material is STD pack and request package rework to PRD if need it
  • Follow CRD metric and inform materials team on daily basis
  • Work with shipping team to ensure orders ship on time to avoid CRD metric impact
  • Work with CSR to ensure GDL shipping team has printed Dnotes to ship materials
  • Work with CSR and challenge to improve CRD requested vs products LT
  • Follow up on CSR expedite form/request
  • Work with production, traffic, CSR and planner team to ensure critical shipments performance (from production until shipment is done
  • Follow up closely with PM on sampling orders
  • Work with shipping team to ensure FIFO of finish goods in shipping area, improve aging

The Experience You Will Bring

  • 1+ years of experience
  • Administration tools.
  • Excellent communication skills (Written and verbal)
  • Strong decision making and problem solving.
  • Lean Knowledge and Continuous Improvements Data Visualization
  • Advanced Excel skills (Vlookups, SumIf, Counts, Pivote tables).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Power point, Outlook Notes, Teams).
  • Schedule availability.
  • Organized & teamwork.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Fluent conversation in English.
  • Knowledge of any ERP.
  • Agile to learn new things The ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment


  • Well knowledge of SAP, Traffic, Deliveries, RMAs, Customer Service Representative task
