What You Will Do In Your Role

Understand new scope to KGS and support transition team

To determine new activity / task can be part of KGSI scope at the time of impact assessment.

To determine the headcount based on impact assessment

Assess Complexity and Skill Set

Support transition for KT & Timelines

To understand R2R activity at a detailed level. Have a good understanding about P2P and O2C processes at a high level.

To ascertain all access that is required to perform the role as part of impact assessment

All issues in the RAID log are analyzed, people issues are discussed in detail to ensure issues are not repeated by sharing best practices.

Have a thorough understanding of Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations, Period close & management and journals.

Ensure adherence to IFC and business specific guidelines.

Assess and review new transitions of reconciliations by reviewing all in-scope accounts, sign-off from Business on open item status, etc.

Contribute to ongoing in-flight projects in reconciliation

Support Reconciliation tools roll-out / enhancements and data collation from applications.

Develop / enhance / customize training content to cover periodic refreshers, new hire orientation, specific sub-process focused training interventions

Support in clearance, follow-up, governance of reconciled and unreconciled accounts and provide periodic updates.

Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

Required: Bachelor of Commerce B.Com, M.Com, CA/ICWA (Intermediate)

Work Experience:

  • 10 – 15 years accounting experience of accounting experience in R2R.
  • 3 - 5 years managerial experience, 7 years of relevant experience in Shared Service Center or Offshore Service Delivery
  • Managing multiple stakeholders in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • Require good knowledge in R2R and good understanding of AP / AR process.
  • Should be a quick thinker, ask right questions to determine complexity of the process and also able to challenge process in case of opportunities.
  • Positive attitude, good team player, quick learner and can work under pressure
  • Presentation skills that demonstrate the ability to prepare and deliver concise and effective presentations relative qualitative and quantitative information.

Skills & Abilities:

Required

  • Experience with SAP or any other similar tools.
  • Strong coordination and proven change management skill
  • Strong ability at Excel and words
  • Good command over spoken / written English
  • Good articulation skills
  • With positive attitude, a team player
  • Quick learner and can work under pressure
  • Presentation skills that demonstrate the ability to prepare and deliver concise and effective presentations relative qualitative and quantitative information.
  • Work independently and resolve issues with logic mind-set
  • High degree of integrity, both personally and professionally
  • Create a cohesive work environment that foster healthy completion, relentless focus on controls and compliance and integrity of transactions
