EMENA Regional Director (Europe, Middle East, Northern Africa)

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Set and implement Sales strategies that focus on creating value for Koch Agronomic Services' (KAS) customers and KAS
  • Establish new business and develop strong relationships with existing and new customers Europe-wide
  • Expand KAS' Distributor Network for nitrogen stabilizer and micronutrient product lines
  • Manage and develop EMENA team members to maximize their contributions and drive profitability of KAS' product portfolio
  • Work with producers to adopt KAS innovative technologies and new distribution models and offerings
  • Identify existing and/or new offerings to be added to KAS' portfolio through internal development, licensing, or acquisition
  • Participate in the recruitment process for your team in the EMENA region

The Experience You Will Bring


  • Proven experience in a Sales Management role within the Agrochemical space
  • Degree in Science or Business
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills to work effectively internally with your team and externally when engaging potential customers
  • Team management and employee development experience. Demonstrated skills in leadership and the ability to influence others
  • Ability to prioritize regional opportunities and to collaborate and work in a cross-functional matrix organization towards advancing those opportunities
  • Ability to quantify and articulate the value proposition of KAS offerings versus competing alternatives in the market

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Degree in Agronomy and/or Agriculture
  • Fertilizer and/or seed treatment value chain experience
  • Sales Management for value added products
