Start your career as a Production Worker at our Madera, CA Color-Box® facility. These positions are for 2nd shift (3pm – 11pm) or 3rd shift (11pm – 7am) and will pay $19.00 per hour plus shift differential!

Our Production Workers work any shift, including holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed in a hot, cold, humid, and noisy industrial environment.  Production Workers perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and/or pulling for at least eight (8) hours a day while maintaining strict adherence to safety rules and regulations.

What You Will Do In Your Role

·Assisting operators and crew members with machine set ups and operating machinery to expected performance levels

·Sorting and stacking boxes throughout the facility

·Helping to meet and exceed production, waste, and quality goals

·Completing general housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean work environment

The Experience You Will Bring


·High School diploma or GED

·Six (6) months or more of work experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or agricultural environment

What Will Put You Ahead

·Experience working in the corrugated industry

·Experience operating a motorized forklift
