What You Will Do In Your Role
·Work with Schedulers and Production Supervisor to ensure smooth operation of equipment and department personnel. This includes scheduling both people and equipment to meet delivery requirements.
·Responsible for process improvements, quality, and throughput of work in process.
·Communicates with employees, and other support departments to best optimize the Production department.
·Train new employees, assist in monitoring daily performance. Support department personnel to overcome problems or concerns as they occur in a timely manner.
The Experience You Will Bring
·Previous management, organization, and communication skills.
·Proven experience in motivating your team to improve.
·Able to use the necessary quality tools as it relates to this position and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds throughout the shift.
·Experience using Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel (create/modify spreadsheets), Word (create/modify documents), and PowerPoint (prepare/present presentations

·Experience with SAP
·Manufacturing experience in Plating, Brazing, or Annealing.
