Accounts Payable Specialist

Description

KBX Rail, LLC is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist. This primary responsibility of this role will be Accounts Payable. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, a strong written verbal communicator, have strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and thrive in a team environment.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Ariba invoice processing and management of invoice exceptions
  • Data entry
  • Invoice Reconciliation
  • Vendor statement review
  • Vendor and customer setups (including vendor validation, screenings, and entry in ERP)
  • Transaction-related responsibilities
  • Other accounts payable functions as assigned

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of high volume accounts payable experience
  • HS Diploma or GED

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Bachelor’s degree or Certificate in Accounting or related field
  • Prior accounts payable experience with Ariba, Access Databases, Infor Cloudsuite or related software
  • Transportation/Logistics experience
