Guardian has identified increasing growth opportunities and the need for an International Accounts Sales Support Coordinator to join the European inside sales organization. As an International Accounts Sales Support Coordinator, you will be responsible to coordinate our strategic customer accounts and fabricators in international projects for the Italian market.

You have recently successfully completed your studies and already have some professional experience in sales? Are you looking for an attractive start in an international company with excellent development opportunities and a competitive salary package? Then we are looking for you to join our team in Katowice (Poland) or LLodio (Spain) in  as soon as possible.

Onboarded and supported by our local and global team, you will start building your first business relationships and will quickly become the prime contact for our internal and external customers.


International Accounts Sales Support Coordinator (m/f/d) – Italian Market

based in Katowice (Poland) or LLodio (Spain) with home office options

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • End-to-end projects delivery including understanding and implementing order fulfilment process
  • Support international project managers on meeting key customer needs, securing commercial project pipeline, determine material forecast requirements and provide guidance to internal supply chain departments
  • Monitor customer project order trends to fulfill project forecasts and provide alternatives to the customers in case of challenges encountered
  • Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with our internal and external customers and providing practical solutions in a timely and accurate manner to ensure excellent customer service

The Experience You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or a similar education in a relevant field
  • First sales experience in the B2B or B2C environment preferably within inside sales
  • Strong, trustful and clear communication skills written and spoken
  • Strong organization, prioritization and decision-making skills
  • Self-starter mindset, entrepreneurial spirit able to work in a team environment to support the business and strategic goals
  • Business fluent in Italian and English; other European languages are a plus
