 As the CORDURA® Salesforce Developer you will build creative solutions for real business challenges and help drive digital transformation. You will collaborate on multi-functional projects to identify areas for improvement. You will drive user adoption and success through development and deployment of new features and capabilities.

 The CORDURA® Salesforce Developer must be a strong strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop technical solutions that enable our internal team as well as provide a best-in-class customer experience for our partners.

 A Day In The Life Could Include:

(job responsibilities)

 ·Participation in agile ceremonies to deliver product solutions, project planning and demos.

 ·Working with cross-functional teams, geographically distributed which maintain diversified application portfolio and provide support to operational to strategic demands.

 ·Working with business representatives to integrate variousapplications within Salesforce

·Work with business representatives to assist to convert a “two portal” envionrnment (Experience Cloud / Website CMS) into a fully dedicated Salesforce Experience Cloud environment.

·Troubleshooting technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements.

·Working as a trusted advisor with current development team and other Salesforce resources to build and implement a long-term Salesforce strategy affecting internal and external customers.

What You Will Need To Bring With You:

(experience & education required)

 Required Experience:

·1+ Years of Sales Cloud Experience

·Proficient in process builder, workflow, validation rules, approval processes and other automation tools.

·1+ Years working with object relationships, record types, page layouts, permissions

·Proficient in advanced data sharing security models (Sharing Rules, Permission Sets, Field Level Security)

·Understanding of Change management (Sandboxes, change sets, testing, and deployment cycles)

 Preferred Certifications:

·Must hold active Salesforce Administrator Certifications and be an active Trailblazer showing continued education of the Salesforce platform

 What Will Put You Ahead:

(experience & education preferred)

 Ability to work with:

·Platform app builderand or Platform Level 1 Developer certified

·Experience with Community (Experience) Cloud

·Experience using Flow Builder

·Implementing tools such as Salesforce Knowledge and CMS

·Broad understanding of Apex triggers and Lightning Web Components
