Cold End Supervisor


Cold End Supervisor is responsible for managing team to work safely, deliver high quality of product, maximize line efficiency, and organize all resource to be flexible for support demand changing. The candidate shall be a role model for team which can communicate philosophy and vision to his subordinate and capable to work with all concerns and challenge for improve better situation. He also should be flexible and open for transformation.

Taking initiative, strong analytical skills, and the ability to anticipate and mitigate challenges are also essential for success in this position. The candidate must work well with a team of people who are committed to continuing the company's ambitious rate of growth.

What you will do in your role

-Applying MBM guiding principles and frameworks in all activities.

-Initiative and drive safety, quality, efficiency in long term sustainability.

-Coach, supervise and lead production operator to achieve production goals.

-Capable to encourage team to deliver more contribution based on their individual talent.

-Initiative and develop people in your crew to have multi skill.

-Lead problem solving with analytical skill.


-Bachelor’s degree (chemical/mechanical or relevant).

-Fluent spoken and written English is a must.

-Experience in supervisory role at least 3-4 years Preferably in heavy industry.

-Excellent organization and time management skills.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, performance-based environment

-Ability to communicate at different levels.

-Good problem-solving as well as organizational skills.

-Flexibility to work on rotating shifts.
