Sr Engineer, Manufacturing Integration

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • In new project develop, work for whole process strategy, and compare each strategy to find out the optimal one with project team, integrate each process DFM, and design whole process. 
  • Organize the product design review with manufacture Engineers to provide manufacturing key points to PD and PM, including molding, die, plating and assembly, to make sure the manufacturing feasibility of the product design. 
  • Study design at the beginning of the project, analyse the risk of whole project, and cooperate with team to avoid and solve the risk. 
  • Define clear components’ flow process if these components need multiple manufacture. 
  • Organize ME and PE engineers to complete TQCP. 
  • As a technical linkage of each manufacture department. 
  • As a communication windows between MxSH ME team and product design team. 
  • Analyse quality issue from customer and deploy improvement. 

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • Education: 
  1. Bachelor’s degree at least, graduated in Mechanical or Manufacturing, or Automation or equivalent. 
  • Work Experience: 
  1. At least 3-5 years product design, mold or die design or automation design or manufacturing experience. 
  2. Product design and quality concept to leverage Product / Quality / Manufacturing requirement. 
  3. Have deep knowledge and work experience to predictive engineering tools, ex. PFMEA, DoE. 
  4. Have general knowledge and working experience on problem solving procedure and tools, ex. 8D, 5-why, fishbone, etc. 
  • Skills & Abilities: 
  1. Good operate skill with UG NX.
  2. Good English communication skill to work with global team, both oral and writing.
  3. Good communication skill with cross function team.
  4. Good learning ability and willingness to receive and learn new knowledge. 
  5. Good teamwork, humility, and respect. 

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Work Experience: 
  1. Familiar with all manufacture process of connectors. 
  2. Familiar with connector application and performance. 
  • Skills & Abilities: 
  1. Six sigma GB is preferred.
