Guardian Glass is currently seeking an individual to fill the position of Procurement Coordinator. This position will be based in Corsicana, TX, and is a key plant and functional position, reporting directly to the Reliability and Maintenance Manager. This person will support Guardian’s Tool Crib inventory and operations to provide value to the glass manufacturing process while supporting and utilizing MBM Guiding Principles.

What You Will Do In Your Role
-Enter and Maintain data integrity and accuracy in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) inventory and Procurement systems
- Create order requisitions/purchase orders for needed supplies and services
- Receive and process deliveries of MRO equipment/products/services
- Reconcile discrepancies, identify special handling needs and expedite requirements
- Communicate with suppliers and internal customers to create value
- Maintain accurate system data for part descriptions, location, suppliers and stock levels
- Pull and issue parts to account codes and work orders
- Confirm/Audit/Adjust inventory as needed
- Create order requisitions/purchase orders to restock parts
- Cycle Count physical inventory audits/adjustments
-Process repairs and returns for shipment
-Support Maintenance and Support groups as needed
-Apply MBM Guiding Principles and Framework
The Experience You Will Bring
-Experience with hands-on support in a manufacturing environment
-Must be able and willing to work overtime (nights and weekends) as needed to support the plant
-Ability to stand, bend, twist and lift up to 25 lbs
-Preferred: certification in forklift driving
